Private Executive Suites are leased on a month-to-month basis, include 2 desks and range from 200-260 square feet each. Your signed lease secures your own private dedicated suite that is accessible 365 days a year, 24 hours per day. The suites are fully furnished, are "work ready"
and
include both wired and wireless internet access. Additional access includes the use of the reception area, a luxurious boardroom or a meeting room, a Copy & FAX area and a fully outfitted kitchen. The rent is "all inclusive" of a VOIP Telephone/Fax service (free calls), a 25 mega bit per second internet connection, all furnishings, utilities (heat/power & a/c) and weekly cleaning.
2 Person Private Executive Suite
VOIP Telephone/FAX System - The service service includes a dedicated 775 area code telephone number for your business, which rings through to an "automated assistant" answered in your company name. Calls can be routed to your desk (extension), voice-mail/email or any external number such as a cell phone or another office. Two extentions are included and additional extensions may be purchased @ $20 monthly. You may make unlimited free calls from your desk to a number within the U.S. or Canada. A dedicated 888 area code Fax number delivers faxes directly into your email.
Mail and package receiving service - Our staff will be happy to receive FedEx and UPS deliveries at the front desk Monday to Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM, holidays excluded. USPS mail is picked up from the post office daily. Mail and packages will be held for pickup and are available during the same hours.
