Detailed Package Description
Leasing office space is probably the most important part of establishing your "Nevada Presence". Attempting this independently could cost thousands of dollars and take months to set up. Our service enables the immediate establishment of your "Nevada Executive Office" at an incredibly low cost. Private Suites are fully furnished "work ready" and include wired and wireless internet access and a VOIP telephone system.
You may list up to five Company Names/DBA's and up to three Officers/Employees who will be named as occupants. Access to the suites and the receipt of mail or packages will be restricted to named occupants only.
Private & Exclusive Executive Suite Number
Each tenant will receive a private and exclusive suite number assigned to their Corporation or LLC, for example "Suite 225".
VOIP Telephone/FAX System
The service includes a dedicated 775 area code telephone number for your business, which rings through to an "automated assistant" answered in your company name. Calls can be routed to your desk (extension), voice-mail/email or any external number such as a cell phone or another office. Additional extensions may be purchased @ $20 monthly. You may make unlimited free calls from your desk to a number within the U.S. or Canada. A dedicated 888 area code Fax number delivers faxes directly into your email.
Executive Mail Forwarding - 3 times weekly
You may pickup your mail daily OR 3 times a week we re-package your mail in a confidential envelope and forward it anywhere in the U.S., postage included. Since postage is included we limit the service to 75 pieces of mail per month. International clients using this service will be sent mail only once per week.
Package Forwarding
All you need to do is provide us with a UPS account number and we will automatically forward any packages received in your corporate name, directly to your "forward to" address. Save hundreds or thousands of dollars in Sales Tax on products you order online! We are not set up to handle large volumes of packages, so we therefore retain the right to discontinue this service for a tenant at any time.
Definition of a "package"
U.S Domestic destination: Anything weighing more than 2 pounds OR anything larger than 12 x 14 inches.
Canadian destination: Anything weighing more than 1 pound OR anything larger than 12 x 14 inches.
Worldwide destination: Anything weighing more than 6 ounces OR anything larger than 12 x 14 inches.
Use of a Private Executive Suite is limited to 20 hours per week and is available in 2 hour blocks by appointment or by "drop-in" Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM, holidays exempted. Access to the suites will be restricted to named occupants only and limited to one occupant at a time.
Use of a Boardroom or Meeting Room is limited to 4 hours per week and is available in 1 hour blocks by appointment, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM, holidays exempted.
The actual availability of a Private Executive Suite ,Meeting Room or Boardroom at the exact time that it is needed cannot be guaranteed, although disappointment can generally be avoided by making an appointment in advance.
